ADDIE BARTLETT
Addie Bartlett brings a strategic, results-driven approach to residential real estate, combining a strong educational foundation with nearly two decades of experience in sales, marketing, and consulting. After transitioning to residential sales from her corporate roles at CBRE, JLL, Google, Cloud Sherpas (acquired by Accenture) and Compass in 2019, Addie quickly rose to the top of Atlanta’s competitive residential real estate market. By her fourth year as an agent, she became the #1 individual agent in Compass’ Buckhead office and #2 individual agent companywide in Georgia—a testament to her sharp market insight, and commitment to her clients.
Addie represents sellers, buyers, investors, and builders with equal dedication. She has a particular passion for new construction, informed not only by her professional expertise but also by her own experience designing and building a custom home with her husband, Jonathan.
A longtime Dunwoody resident, Addie treasures her community life with their two children, Ali and Jon. Beyond real estate, she’s an avid ALTA tennis player, a committed volunteer with Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta—including serving as the Dunwoody neighborhood Chair for the CHOA Heart Swap and a long time volunteer with the Mailbox Brigade —and a natural host who loves bringing people together. A proud graduate of Vanderbilt University (Bachelor of Science) and Emory University (MBA), Addie pairs intellectual rigor with a warm, client-first approach, which makes every transaction smooth and successful.

Megan O’Meally brings more than 15 years of experience in real estate sales, new construction, and property management, offering clients well-rounded expertise across every facet of the housing market. A resident of Atlanta for over three decades, she has witnessed the city’s evolution firsthand and provides deep, nuanced knowledge of its neighborhoods. Megan pairs her passion for real estate with a highly professional, client-centered approach, guiding buyers and sellers with clarity, care, and sound judgment. Known for her integrity and steady leadership, she plays an essential role in supporting Addie and ensuring each transaction is executed with precision and ease.

An Atlanta native, Virginia Luquire brings both local insight and analytical strength to the team. Raised in Dunwoody and now living in Roswell, she combines her lifelong understanding of the city with a genuine passion for helping clients find the place they are proud to call home. Before transitioning into residential real estate, Virginia earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Georgia and began her career in corporate pension accounting at UPS. Her financial expertise—coupled with the extensive experience she has gained across numerous sales transactions—equips her clients with clear, data-informed guidance throughout the buying and selling process. Outside of work, Virginia enjoys hiking, baking, and discovering new restaurants with her fiancé, Jake, a DeKalb County firefighter.
